IMABICON Code of Conduct

We are IMABICON – we provide solutions to our clients for current and future challenges.

Our values enable us to create a better tomorrow by showing respect for the dignity of people, animals, and nature, and by acting to protect them. We reject all forms of bribery. Our code of conduct provides binding guidelines for our behavior and offers support in case of doubt to align our actions accordingly.

To continuously improve, audits identify potential for improvement that we incorporate into our processes.

 

Respect and Esteem

We show respect and esteem for people and animals and nature. Respect and esteem are fundamental to a productive relationship with one another. All forms of discrimination are contrary to our values. All violations of our values hinder us and the achievement of our goals.

We promote the representation of our talent's needs, have an open ear for them, and encourage the submission of possible improvements during our regular weekly meetings. A suggestion box supplements the personal reporting of deviations from our values with an anonymous option.

 

Language and Gender Neutrality

Our diversity is one of our strengths. We strive to use gender-neutral language. If, despite our efforts, the generic masculine form is used in individual cases for better understanding, it refers to all genders. We apologize for this and are working on improving it.

We act responsibly: Occupational safety and health protection are important to us. The physical and mental well-being of our talent is the foundation of our success.

 

Partner and Customer Relationships

Our core values of transparency, openness, traceability, and clarity apply especially to contacts with customers and partners. If a gift cannot be refused out of respect for cultural courtesies, the transaction will be noted, and the gift will be donated to a non-profit organization, such as a children's or animal welfare charity, for auction. We reject all forms of bribery. It is to the detriment of us all.

Our business partners and customers are asked to hold us accountable to our values. We constantly improve our solutions for customers, including our compliance with technical regulations and good work practices in their respective industries.

 

Taxes & State

Our state needs taxes to maintain, develop, and protect our community, and this is to our benefit. We take this obligation seriously, including the timely submission of our tax returns.

 

Risks and Opportunities

Risks and opportunities are weighed against each other in decisions. Giving a voice to concerns and new ideas is part of our openness, which is necessary to be successful.

 

Whistleblower Protection

We value and protect whistleblowers, both within and outside of IMABICON, who report behavior that deviates from this code of conduct and legal regulations. We follow up on all reports. Our email address, info@imabicon.com, can be used for anonymous reporting. We are constantly working to improve our appreciation and protection of whistleblowers.

 

Data and Property Protection

Protecting our customers' property, especially their data, is our highest priority, and we always take measures to improve it further. This includes minimizing the number of people who have knowledge of customer information. We stay informed about the state of the art and implement it in our systems.

 

Continuous Improvement

To continuously improve compliance with this code of conduct, we present relevant topics to each other, invite speakers, or enable our talent to attend further training. Audits identify potential for improvement, and their implementation contributes to our continuous improvement.
